February 28, 2018 at 3:40 pm #42658 JamesParticipant Here’s my recommendations: When adding links to documents that are being distributed off of your website Hide the physical link Eg. Click Here should have a link to http://theurl.com With the reader only seeing the “Click Here” text. Have the link open in a new window “_blank” This way you won’t lose any traffic. Use a plugin or 3rd party service to manage the actual links. This provides you with tracking and the ability to update the links over time even though you distributed the materials in the past.
