— James, I asked this yesterday in the forum, but didn’t hear back, so I’m asking here since I’m really trying to get my WooComm going fully. —
I am setting up WooCommerce and have my product created. I know it automatically sends a templated email about the purchase and I know I can change that generic template to say whatever I want it to say — though it’s the same for each product.
What I would like is for each given product — to send a Unique Email. For each of these products or services they need to do different things. One is to send them a link to a form for them to fill out. The other might be to download a product. In other cases, if they buy a LearnDash course, they need to have access to that course.
If I want to send a unique set of instructions per product, or at least per service or course, how do I best do that? I want this automatic email to send a link to a form for one of my services…. I could also set it up to be LIKE a course where they login to get other info.
The initial welcome email is critical for me. How can I accomplish it so they get their product-specific instructions in an email after they order without me doing it manually?
